Frankie Halloween Card using the Fun Halloween cling set BZ004 and No Horror wood mount stamp E1-175 from Art Gone Wild
Also from Art Gone Wild is the black glitter paper used in the chain and the frame for the sentiment. The chain punched from EK Sucess punch. I made it curve by cutting tiny notches in it.

Very well done indeed! Reminds me of one Halloween when a friend of mine dressed up like Frankenstein and we used some of that ceiling lamp chain connected to a belt collar as his leash. The kids at the mall got a real kick out of it, especially since he had a condition that caused his feet to drop and kind of drag.
