I have been having a blast making roses with Tim Holtz' Pinecone die. I originally bought it because I loved the tiny pinecone but after playing with it I have become addicted to making paper roses with it. I use Core'dination paper so I can sand the edges and create a beautiful depth of color. Seed beads added a little realistic center to the center of the flowers. I created a quick little video tutorial showing how to create these simple, beautiful flowers. ENJOY!!
So glad you are back and sharing your lovely creativity! Beautiful roses, awesome notebooks. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI love this die too. I got it for Christmas. Great job!
