I created this tag for the Compendium Of Curiosities Challenge. Since there are only a couple weeks left in the challenge I thought I would make a Time Flies tag. I will be sad when the challenge comes to an end. I have enjoyed every week of it. Well on with this weeks tag. I LOVE working with alcohol ink and metal so this was definitely the week for me! The challenge was on page 56, Altered Metal Alcohol Inks.
Click HERE and HERE to see some past post ideas on what to do with your tags. They are great to save for inspiration and to use as reference for techniques.
Sooooo unique and beautiful. I absolutely love all of the metal embellishments and the wings are incredible. I think this would be amazing on canvas!!
ReplyDeleteHowdy,
ReplyDeleteGreat texture, dimension, movement and interest. I bought that TH book too - but haven't tried any projects yet.
Do the alcohol inks have fumes? Do you need ventilation to use them?
Would love for you to visit my blog and comment when you have a moment or 2.
Peace,
LuLu
