OWH Valentine Blog Hop

Welcome to my Blog!!! I am so excited to be a part of Operation Write Home's Be My Valentine Blog Hop. I have been making cards for OWH for a while now and am proud to say that I have made over 1000 cards for our fine Heroes! For this hop I decided to share one of my favorite techniques with you. It is embossing with ink using your Cuttlebug. Enjoy the video and remember to leave a comment to enter to win the Blog Candy!

Please remember that there are deadlines for Holiday cards. The Christmas card deadline has passed and the deadline to get your Valentine Day cards in is January 7th.

  12. Your work is amazing! This is my second tutorial that I have watched of your work (the first the mini book which I made right away and gave to my DD with money tucked in the pockets). Love this embossing technique, I am not a scrapper but your tutorials are hard to resist on becoming one. Thank you for the work you do for our beloved soldiers.

Taking a page from Romeo and Juliet is just such a great idea! I'll have to figure out what that stuff is that you painted on for glue as I haven't heard of it before. Thanks for sharing!

  128. Love the inked embossed card. Could you put a little repositional adhesive on the back of the paper and stick it to the top of the cuttlebug embossing folder? This way it would not slip around.
